• Flat Rate Shipping

We provide a flat-rate shipping option to ensure simplicity in our shipping process to suit the needs of our clients;

– Within Nairobi: Same-day delivery

– Nairobi outskirts: Same-day (Karen, Syokimau, Thika, Rongai, Kikuyu etc.)

– Up-country: Next-day Delivery (Central, Western, Eastern, Coast, Nyanza regions, etc.) via Courier services.

NB:

• Up-country orders are shipped the next-day and may take 1-2 days depending on the location.
• In a case where your order contains pre-ordered items, then your entire order will be fulfilled the next-day for all regions.
• Orders placed on Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.
